What commitment is required?

 Kingston Royals is a racing club and we are looking for people who are able and prepared to commit to attend training sessions throughout the year and racing events throughout the summer. Races are held around the country from Teesside to Liverpool and Exeter to the Albert Docks.   We have a range of expectations and commitment within the club ranging from people who train twice a week to internationals who train almost every day (sometimes twice a day). 
 
We take the development of all our paddlers seriously and there are enough coaches and current and former international paddlers available to pass on their experience to ensure that we are able to cater for every member’s level of ability and ambitions.  We have trained most of our paddlers from complete beginners and can take those with the committment and desire for world glory through to international level.
